This is my largest bird yet, 20 inches from bill to tail tips. Sort of a dreamy, summer-y illustration of one of my favourite birds - the Eastern Towhee. Normally I'd aim for more realism throughout but I got a bit playful with this and ended up really enjoying the mash-up of styles, which might have added a bit of a dreamy feel to it!
