One of my favourite birds, the Red Crossbill! Dark treatment here for a little punch and some snow falling for atmosphere. This was a challenging drawing to make for various reasons but I'm extremely pleased with how it turned out! Photography was extra challenging on this so the full sized shot is actually a screenshot from a phone video, which seemed to be the best available representation I could produce. Detail shot also provided.
